SHIPPING POLICY Where we ship We ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union and selected international countries. If your country is available at checkout, we can deliver to you. Processing time Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days. Our products are sent directly from our suppliers' warehouses outside the UK. Delivery times and costs Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch. They are not guaranteed and can occasionally be longer, for example during busy periods or customs checks. United Kingdom – Standard: £4.99, free on orders of £50 or more. Usually 9–14 days after dispatch. European Union – Standard international: £14.99. Usually 9–15 days after dispatch. International – Standard international: £23.99. Usually 8–15 days after dispatch. The delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Customs, duties and taxes Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or delivery charges and are the customer's responsibility. Delays and missing orders If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, please contact us at vexrashopsupport@gmail.com with your order number. If an order is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund. Damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos. This does not affect your legal rights.
