Your right to cancel

If you buy from us online, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day after you receive it. If your order arrives in more than one delivery, the 14 days start the day after the last item arrives. You don't need to give a reason.

How to cancel

Tell us you want to cancel before the 14 days end. Email us at vexrashopsupport@gmail.com with your order number. You can use the model cancellation form below, but you don't have to.

Sending items back

Please send the items back within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. Contact us first so we can give you the correct return address.

You pay the cost of returning the items when you cancel or return because you have changed your mind or something doesn't fit. We recommend a tracked service. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we cover the return cost.

Your refund

We will refund the price you paid, including the cost of standard delivery to you, within 14 days of receiving the items back, or of you giving us proof that you've sent them back, whichever is sooner. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we only refund the cost of our standard delivery. We refund to your original payment method.

You can handle and try on items as you would in a shop. If an item has been handled more than that and has lost value as a result, we may reduce your refund to reflect that.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to reject it within 30 days for a full refund. Contact us with your order number and photos so we can put it right.
